The first step in creating a well-coordinated and trustful work team is to call out the principles that underlie collaboration. Once people know what those are, they can aim to work together that way. Before doing that, the different assumptions about what, for example, constitutes a clear agreement make effective collaboration difficult. 

In this workshop, Hornick explains the principles of collaboration so that you can improve the way you work together. Not only does this improve the bottom line, it makes work more joyful and meaningful for everyone.
